Volker Schrank – Founder of Employee Xperience Labs – is an Employee Experience and HR professional and former HR Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in this field. His experience is grounded in consulting on Employee Experience, HR and Technology as well as working in HR operations and strategic positions across multiple industries and countries. In addition, Volker holds a PhD in Human Resources at the intersection of Experience, Engagement, Organization and Performance.

From early on Volker was focused on improving the experience of employees when interacting with HR processes & tools and now with Employee Experience Labs made his passion his focus on research as well as supporting companies on improving the experience of their HR Processes & Technology.

Key here is not only that an improved experience will bring a higher level of satisfaction, but it will ultimately increase employee productivity as well as improve retention.

Volker has a Podcast ‘Employee Experience by EXLabs’ where he shares Experience insights and best practices in his series “From the Workbook of an HR Leader” as well as introduces new and interesting ideas on how to improve the Employee Experience via his ‘Start-ups & AI’ series.

In addition to his podcast and blogging, Volker is supporting Start-up founders in the HR and Experience space on how to best find and address their relevant market.
